One: Jesus is the strong foundation.
All: When our faith seems unfounded, he enables us to trust.
One: Jesus is our peace in the stormy world.
All: When the journey fills us with fear, he walks with us.

* HYMN OF ADORATION
You Are My All in All
1 You are my strength when I am weak. You are the treasure that I seek. You are my all in all.
Seeking You as a precious jewel, Lord, to give up I’d be a fool You are my all in all.

Chorus Jesus, Lamb of God. Worthy is Your name
Jesus, Lamb of God. Worthy is Your name.

2 Taking my sin, my cross, my shame, Rising again I bless Your name. You are my all in all.
When I fall down You pick me up, When I am dry You fill my cup. You are my all in all. Repeat Chorus

Your Grace Is Enough
Great is Your faithfulness, o God. You wrestle with the sinner’s heart.
You lead us by still waters into mercy, and nothing can keep us apart.

Chorus So remember Your people, remember Your children,
remember Your promise, o God.
Your grace is enough, Your grace is enough,
Your grace is enough for me.

Great is Your love and justice, God. You use the weak to lead the strong.
You lead us in the song of Your salvation, and all Your people sing along. Repeat Chorus

Your grace is enough, Heaven reaching down to us.
Your grace is enough for me.
God, I see Your grace is enough, I’m covered in Your love.
Your grace is enough for me. It’s enough for me.

PASSING THE PEACE OF CHRIST
With gratitude for knowing that we are one in Christ, let us offer one another signs of Christ’s peace:
The peace of Christ be with you, always. And also with you.

SCRIPTURE READING
Matthew 5:9 “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”
Ephesians 2:13-14 Now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace; in his flesh he has made both groups into one and has broken down the dividing wall, that is, the hostility between us.
Romans 5:1 Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
James 3:17-18 What of the wisdom from above? First, it is pure, and then peaceful, gentle, obedient, filled with mercy and good actions, fair, and genuine. Those who make peace sow the seeds of justice by their peaceful acts.
Romans 14:19 So then we pursue the things which make for peace and the building up of one another.

MESSAGE Beatitudes 6

HYMN OF FAITH Let There Be Peace on Earth (United Methodist Hymn #431)
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me;
let there be peace on earth, the peace that was meant to be.
With God our creator, children all are we.
Let us walk with each other in perfect harmony.

Let peace begin with me, let this be the moment now.
With every step I take, may this be my solemn vow:
To take each moment and live each moment in peace eternally.
Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me.
