Our church is a FREE Johnson and Johnson Vaccine Clinic in Lodi

Columbia County Public Health will be hosting a free walk-in clinic for the Johnson and Johnson (one and done) COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Lodi United Methodist Church, 130 Locust Street, WI from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Follow directional signs to enter the church building from the parking lot.  Appointments are NOT necessary. You must be 18 years of age and be able to stay on site for a 15-minute observation period after receiving the vaccine. We request you practice social distancing and wear a mask in the clinic.
